Thank you for visiting my website! If you are here, you may be experiencing a difficult time or a time of change. Change can feel scary and stressful. Standing at a crossroads can feel uncertain and overwhelming. Sometimes our life circumstances change, other times we decide that what we are doing now, is no longer working for us. My focus is working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depressed mood, grief, loss, chronic stress, trauma, PTSD, and other adjustments and life transitions. This could involve changes in relationships, family, spirituality, health, career, education, or living situation. It could include death, divorce, healing from past trauma and identifying ways past trauma shows up in your present-day life, identifying and enforcing boundaries, and identifying and changing limiting beliefs.

Looking to nature, we find the lotus flower. This beautiful flower grows and rises out of the mud, murk, and dark water to bloom in the sunlight. It is reborn every day. It does not get stuck or lose faith while going through the daily transformation and emerges clean and beautiful. Like the lotus, we can move through the fear, sadness, anger, pain, and uncertainty that times of transition and transformation can bring. With hope and resilience, we too can move through transition, change, gloss, divorce, grief, sadness, fear, anxiety, feeling stuck, adjustments, trauma, etc. and live our most authentic lives.

I provide a safe and caring environment to explore your situation and find the strength, peace, tools, and hope for healing and change. It is time to invest in yourself, find your happiness, your balance, your calm, and your best life. It is time to find you!
