I specialize in helping adults move through anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, chronic stress, and major life transitions. Whether your challenges come from current circumstances, past experiences, or long-standing patterns that feel hard to break, therapy can help you reconnect with your strength and find clarity, balance, and peace.

At The Lotus Center for Hope & Healing, I provide a caring, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment to explore your experiences and build practical tools for lasting change. My approach is warm, compassionate, and direct—grounded in trauma-informed care that helps you find safety, strength, and confidence in yourself and your life.

Many clients find it meaningful to explore how early experiences influence present-day patterns. We may incorporate inner-child work to gently reconnect with the parts of yourself that needed safety or compassion, allowing healing to happen from the inside out.

I also offer career counseling and workplace wellness for adults who enjoy their work but struggle with burnout, boundaries, or balance. Together, we can address the emotional and practical challenges that affect your well-being and sense of purpose at work.
